Students with a wide range of athletic abilities can enjoy springboard diving as an activity or competitive sport. Students will learn the essential skills needed to succeed in springboard diving whether you have dived before or this is your first time. Participants must feel comfortable swimming in deep water and jumping head first into the pool.
Instructor Comments: This diving class is for ages 5 years old and up. Must know how to swim comfortably in deep water.
