Thank you to our aquatic partners for taking precautions and staying safe during these unprecedented times. Remembering that COVID-19 is a serious virus and take into consideration safety for yourself and others around you. We as Jeff Ellis Management, take your facilities safety and the safety of any participants seriously. Please keep in mind that COVID-19 is transmitted through the air and not through water. Properly maintained swimming pools, hot tubs and spas coupled with social distancing and increased facility cleaning and disinfecting procedures of surfaces outside of the pool work in combination to keep guests and staff safe. Refund Request

PLEASE NOTE: Purchasers who paid with credit or debit will be refunded back to your same credit card. A check will be issued for cash purchases.

All refunds may take 7-10 business days after date of receipt. Classes cancelled due to low registrations or by managements choice will receive full refund.

  • Requests received at minimum three days prior to class start may receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. A $5 service fee will be issued to anyone wanting to withdrawal from lessons.
  • Day of class request is 75% of fee minus $5 service fee.
  • Second Day of class request is 50% of fee minus $5 service fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after the second day of class. No exceptions.
  • Note: This is only a REQUEST not a guarantee of any refund.
