There is a lot of information currently circulating the internet as it relates to the COVID-19 virus, keeping individuals safe, and from preventing the spread of germs to others. The most recent update from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) states that: "There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19."

Transition from Advanced Level to Swim Team
Posted: December 3rd, 2018

Teaching a child how to swim is one of the most rewarding activities that Jeff Ellis Swimming offers. How does a child take what they have just learned to the next level when they know all of the strokes? The answer is the Advanced level. Our Advanced swim lesson polishes your students skills that they have previously accomplished in the lower Jeff Ellis Swimming levels. At the advanced level, swimmers will be able to complete at least 100 yards of freestyle, back stroke and breast stroke- just to name a few. Our Advanced level is also a pre-requisite for competitive swimming.
